Privacy Policy

Effective date: 11 October 2026

This website is operated by DreaMe, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore. In this policy, “DreaMe”, “I”, “me” and “we” refer to DreaMe.

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, how it is used and protected, and the choices you have. It covers this website and enquiries or workshop registrations made through it. It does not cover coaching, training or other services, which are governed by a separate agreement.

DreaMe handles personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

1. Information we collect

The personal data this website collects is what you choose to send through the enquiry form or by email: your name, email address and message, and, if you provide them, your organisation or school, the number of participants, your preferred timeframe and the services you’re interested in.

If you register for a workshop by email, we also collect the details needed to confirm your place, such as your contact details, payment confirmation and any information the workshop’s terms ask for.

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers.

2. Sensitive information

Please don’t send health information or detailed personal history through the enquiry form or by email. If an enquiry concerns young people, please limit what you share about them to what’s needed to understand the enquiry.

If sensitive information is sent anyway, it is used only to reply to you and is deleted with the rest of your enquiry.

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry
  • To process and manage workshop registrations
  • If we agree to work together, to arrange that work
  • To protect the website and our records against unauthorised access, fraud or misuse

Your details are not added to any mailing list, and are never sold.

4. Sharing and overseas storage

Your information is not shared with anyone else except the service providers that run this website and email, and, for workshops run in partnership, the partner organisation named for that workshop where needed to run it:

  • Netlify, which hosts this website and stores enquiry form submissions
  • Zoho, which provides our email

These providers may store data on servers outside Singapore. We use providers that protect personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law, or where necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

5. How long we keep it

If an enquiry doesn’t lead to working together, it is deleted within 12 months. If it does, or if you attend a workshop, it is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent to us using it, or ask us to delete your enquiry. Email the Data Protection Officer below. We aim to respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure or alteration. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. External links

This website links to other sites, including Instagram, LinkedIn and The MindFull Parent. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and encourage you to read their privacy policies.

9. Children

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or legal guardian for their consent before sending an enquiry or registering for a workshop or programme through this website.

If we learn that someone under 18 has sent us personal data without that consent, we may contact their parent or guardian, or delete the information. A parent or guardian can contact us at any time to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about their child.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
