Terms of Use

Effective date: 11 October 2026

This website is operated by DreaMe, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore.

In these Terms of Use (“Terms”), “DreaMe”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this website (“Website”).

Please read these Terms before using the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please discontinue your use of the Website.

1. Using the Website

a. Eligibility

The Website provides general information about DreaMe and its services and may be accessed by visitors of different ages.

If you are under 18, you should seek consent from a parent or legal guardian before submitting an enquiry or registering for a service, workshop or programme.

Individual services, workshops and programmes may have their own eligibility requirements.

b. Permitted use

You may access and use the Website for lawful informational purposes, including learning about our services and submitting enquiries.

You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems or use its content in ways that infringe the rights of others.

2. General Information and Separate Service Terms

The content on this Website provides general information about communication, public speaking and DreaMe’s services. It is not professional advice tailored to your particular circumstances.

Submitting an enquiry does not establish a coaching, training or other professional relationship.

Coaching, training, speaking engagements and other professional services are subject to the terms agreed upon when an engagement is confirmed.

Workshops, programmes and events may be subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be made available before registration or booking.

Where separate terms apply, they govern the relevant engagement. These Terms continue to govern access to and use of the Website.

3. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the content, design, photographs, graphics, text and other materials displayed on the Website are owned by DreaMe or used with permission from their respective rights holders.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

b. Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission from DreaMe or the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

You are welcome to share links to the Website.

4. Enquiry Form Submissions

Information submitted through the Website’s enquiry form is used to respond to enquiries, prepare requested proposals, arrange consultations and facilitate communications relating to services you have expressed interest in.

We do not use enquiry information for unrelated marketing purposes without obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

Personal information is collected, used and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee the availability or acceptance of any service.

5. Third-Party Websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms or services, including social media platforms and other businesses.

These websites are operated independently of DreaMe, and we do not control their content, availability, privacy policies or practices.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or any loss arising from their use, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We encourage visitors to review the relevant terms and privacy policies before using third-party websites.

6. Disclaimer

The Website and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that the Website will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.

Information on the Website may be updated or changed without prior notice.

Nothing in this section excludes any warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Singapore law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DreaMe is not liable for losses arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Website, including losses resulting from interruptions, inaccuracies or technical issues.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability, statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under Singapore law.

These limitations relate to the Website and do not replace or override any separate terms agreed upon for coaching, training, workshops, speaking engagements or other professional services.

8. Indemnity

If your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Website causes DreaMe to incur reasonable losses, costs or third-party claims, you agree to indemnify DreaMe for those losses to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This provision does not apply to losses caused by DreaMe’s own unlawful conduct or negligence.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

If you have a concern about the Website or these Terms, please contact us at the contact form so that we can attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

Where possible, both parties will endeavour to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of written notification.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, subject to any applicable laws that provide otherwise.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent legal relief or exercising statutory rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

10. General Provisions

a. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the extent legally permissible or removed, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.

b. Waiver

Our failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

c. Third-party rights

A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any provision of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Website, our services or applicable legal requirements.

Any updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Website after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
