DreaMe × Ann’s Beauty Palette
From First Look to First Word
Personal Style • Body Language • Confident Speaking
A practical, hands-on workshop exploring how we communicate before and after we begin to speak: grooming and personal style, posture and body language, voice and confident speaking, brought together in one afternoon.
Before a conversation even begins, people are already taking in our grooming, clothing, facial expression, posture, movement and the way we carry ourselves. Once we begin speaking, our voice, pace, eye contact, body language and choice of words add another layer to that impression.
This workshop brings those elements together. Rather than treating grooming, style, body language and speaking as separate skills, you’ll experience how they work together as part of the way you show up and communicate.
It isn’t a makeover, and it isn’t about becoming somebody else. It’s about becoming more intentional about how you already present yourself. You arrive as yourself and leave as yourself, with greater awareness and practical adjustments you can keep using.
Who it’s for
Women across different ages and stages of life who would like to feel more intentional and confident in the way they present themselves. No prior experience in beauty, styling or public speaking is needed.

- Understand how posture, movement, facial expression and eye contact affect how you’re perceived
